Chocolate Avocado Pudding- No Really!

Chocolate Avocado Pudding- Sweet and filling and super easy to make- Butterscotch and Berry's

Don’t knock it until you’ve tried it now! There are many recipes out there that would make most anyone enjoy avocado pudding but you won’t find any refined sugars in this one-I’m trying to stay healthy here. And I believe there needs to be a balance of clean ingredients without sacrificing flavor. For me, this does it. It’s sweet, filling, and a great substitute for the real thing. I’ve even got my (entire) house of boys loving it! Try this fast and easy recipe for yourself and let me know what you think in the comments below!

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tablespoons of agave nectar
  • 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 6 tablespoons of original soy milk (you can also use unsweetened almond or coconut milk if you prefer)
  • Up to 1/4 cup of plain, unsalted sunflower seeds for garnish (optional)

Chocolate Avocado Pudding- Butterscotchand Berry's

Instructions:

Cut your avocado in half and pull out the pit. Using a spoon or avocado tool, scrape out the insides making sure not to get the skin. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until well combined and smooth. Enjoy!
